Please join with me in sending out special healing thoughts and prayers to Anna, suffering with her back, that her pains and aches may be eased. Trouble with the back can be very debilitating for both body and mind, where even the smallest everyday action that we take for granted can be agonising. (this is from someone who's experienced it!)
Lots of love and hugs to you Anna, and also to your family, both at home with you and those away at this time, that they may be kept safe and healthy. xxx
