    You don't need to go to a Spiritualist Church to know about and practise spiritualism.

    Spiritualism is a religion, a philosophy and a science based upon the knowledge that our consciousness survives physical death - and that we can communicate with the Spirit World through mediumship.


    Spiritualism is also about being compassionate, caring and forgiving to all sentient beings, including yourself.


    This website is intended as a non-denominational basic resource for Spiritualists everywhere. It has become a characteristic of society that people place emphasis on the differences between religions and sects, when we should all be seeking the common ground and sharing in the pursuit of the truth via Spiritualism.

    It's certainly the case that we have many churches and centers in the UK. Over here in the USA there are far fewer and, like Canada, far between.

    I sometimes wonder why in the UK they survive (if not exactly thrive) yet in North America the Spiritualism movement is much less well-represented than in the UK. One reason could be that mainstream religions and churches in N. America still retain a level of dominance that in the UK has long gone without any other/newer mainstream religion having replaced it.
