    Eugène Osty (1874-1938) - French Doctor & Metaphysician.

    Honorary Vice-President of Harry Price's National Laboratory of Psychical Research and the Director of the Institut Métapsychique in Paris, Dr Osty was one of France's foremost psychical researchers.

    This case study describes experiments undertaken in Paris by French researcher Eugene Osty working with the Austrian physical medium Rudi Schneider.
    The experiments were notable for the use of instruments that picked up a psychokinetic force and established beyond doubt that the phenomenon was genuine.

    Rudi (Rudolf) Schneider was one of four brothers who produced mediumistic phenomena in the family's hometown of Branau, Austria. Although his older brothers—Willy, Hans, and Karl—demonstrated somewhat impressive abilities when they were children, it was Rudi who gained the greatest attention from scientific investigators.
