The allocating of KARMA points on the Board is available to everyone, not just Admin.
(see the plus and minus signs under each person's user name where the avatar is - only viewable if you are logged in)
If you feel that a person has done or said anything to warrant some extra Karma, then you can give them a positive karma point by clicking on the plus sign under their username. You can also be able to make a comment as to the reason why you feel they deserve this karma point, and that comment will be seen by the user alone (comments to your karma) will appear to them as a pm (private message).
Similarly - you can give a 'negative' karma point to someone, by clicking on the minus sign. This will take away a point from that which they already have, although if they haven't already got any of course you can't take away from what's not there in the first place! so will remain the same.
If you want to see who has given you a karma point (or taken away!) and why - just click on the 'Comments to your Karma' at the top of the Board.
