Hello Liz. [Only admins are allowed to see this image] I'm glad your pc is back in working order and that you're able to connect with us again.
I've brought Liz's Mum into the Healing Room, as she is recently recovering from a series of 'mini-strokes' - something I know a bit about as both my dad and my aunt suffered over time from these "little turns" we used to call them.
Although at first quite frightening to experience and witness, we were assured that so long as a modicum of balance is kept in all areas, especially diet, there was no real threat, they are simply nature's way of giving a little warning to slow things down, take things in moderation. There is the possibility if these warnings are not heeded, that could possibly lead to a major stroke.
At times when the blood pressure was raised, through stress, or (in my dad's case, taking the sneaky drop of whisky - he was allowed beer, but not spirits - or cigarette!) that's when the needle on the pressure chart would rise up and a mini stroke could occur. Although many people can experience these TIA's throughout their lifetime and be totally unaware of their occurence. One good reason I think for the imortance for everyone to have a regular health check-up, especially the BP, as this can be an indicator of so many things.
Special healing and balancing thoughts going out to Liz's mum at this time - and I'll put her name in 'The Book' Liz, tomorow (Wednesday) when I next visit. xxx
PS: Very happy to see you back with us, Liz, and that your pc is back from the puter doctor's. [Only admins are allowed to see this image]
