Robin described himself as "not a Spiritualist, but rather a spiritual scientist".

The best person to talk about the life and works of Robin Foy is the man himself ...
Here he is being interviewed by New Thinking Allowed host, Jeffrey Mishlove, in May 2021.

Robin Foy is possibly the most experienced and successful organizer and promoter of physical mediumship circles in the last century. He is the founder of the Noah's Ark Society as well as the Scole Group. He is author of In Pursuit of Physical Mediumship and Witnessing the Impossible. His website is [Only admins are allowed to see this link]

Here he describes his current project of establishing a center for the cultivation of physical mediiumship at a property near Antequera, Spain. He also reviews the history of his pursuit of physical mediumship starting in 1973 when he joined a circle dedicated to this work. He shares many highlights from his experiences over the past 48 years – including spirit materializations, levitations, apports, teleportation of animals, independent or direct voice, and guidance through mental mediums. He reflects on his work with the Noah's Ark Society and the revival of physical mediumship.

Robin Foy was the author of 'In Pursuit of Physical Mediumship'. published in January 2007 :

Based on twenty-two years of research, this compelling and revelationary book contains spectacular eye-witness accounts of séance phenomena and dramatic communications from several famous people, notably Sir Winston Churchill, from the spirit world. The author’s quest began in 1973 when, out of curiosity, he joined a circle in the home of a local businessman and had his first experience of physical phenomena. A year later, he emerged elatedly from his first sitting with the medium Leslie Flint, ready to commit himself totally to the pursuit of the elusive physical phenomena of spiritualism. This book charts his progress through several home circles, the formation of the Institute of Spiritualist Mediums Link, the founding of the Noah’s Ark Society and the New Spiritual Science Foundation, to his present involvement in the Scole Experimental Group, which is currently developing and demonstrating amazing physical phenomena on a regular and sustained basis.

Well darn me.  The human mac says "Such a shame." whereas the Spiritualist mac says "He'll soon find all the details he was searching for."

The last I knew he was in mainland Spain and trying to raise funds to convert a building into a centre to carry on his activities.  I liked Robin as a person but later fell out with him in connection with the group's activities and goals.

I remember even now his indignant retort when I said something to him about Spiritualism and being a Spiritualist.  He was very adamant he wasn't a Spiritualist, something that rather surprised me although later as I had gained more understanding I could see how his focus was on phenomena and healing and less/little about evidence of survival.

I  expect Colin Fry will have been around to welcome his old friend.    Smile

I am thinking he would be well placed, as well as many others such as Colin Fry who have passed, with their experience of mediumship while alive to find it easier than others to come back to communicate with the living and bring some kind of evidence of existence after death.  If that does happen or has already happened, how would we hear about it. Where would we go to find out such information?  Has there been any such evidential communication from Colin Fry since his passing?

After their passing it's tempting to think that former 'celebrities' in the mediumship field would want to find a way to make their survival known to the biggest number of people......  And perhaps they do try to do what we'd expect but even in this world of globally connected individuals there isn't a single way of reaching everybody - or even large numbers of individuals - with such evidence.

There's nowhere I know we could all go to find such information, no central register of communications from well-known mediums or whomever.  The logistics of such an undertaking might not be that difficult but it doesn't appear anyone's either tried or succeeded.  Or it might be that what we've supposed is of interest or importance to well-known mediums actually isn't once they've passed to the world of the spirit.

Or they might have discovered just how fiendishly difficult it is to communicate with us in our world!  lol
