I have not been able to find Psychic News in any newsagent. Is it only certain newsagents in the UK that sell it? Please can someone tell me where I can find it. Thank you.

You can ask your local newsagent to order it for you. The major supermarkets will do that for you also, if you ask them.
Most Spiritualist Churches do stock a limited amount of the paper version, along with Two Worlds and (actually, I can't remember the name of the other one you can get there - will have to look it up the next time I go) but you need to be quick with Psychic News, as it is only a limited amount that seems to be available - and they go pretty fast - best to go there on the day it comes out, or next day.

Years ago when I was a regular reader of PN I had it delivered by my local newsagent. That was when it was a weekly publication and paper boys and girls delivered newspapers and magazines to our door - ah the good old days when there were also two postal deliveries a day!
But now Psychic News is a monthly, costs more and is very different. But if you like it and have a newsagent conveniently near then ask if he'll order you a regular copy. If not why not splash out on a subscription and support our Post Office?
Yes it costs more but it's very convenient to have it drop through your letter box!

I asked in my local newsagents and he said he's never even heard of Psychic News. Might be because I said it was a weekly, I didn't know it now a monthly magazine!
Said he he will look it up for me anyway. I will just wait and see.
